I'm always looking for a really good pillow. One that doesn't lose its shape and really supports your head and neck. This one caught my attention and I gave it a try, it has a few pros and cons and in the end it's a good pillow apart from the warmth. PROS: This pillow has a strange shape. But it feels great on my neck. It keeps my head in a cradle in the center and doesn't lose shape. It gives warmth and support to my neck. It uses a USB-C connector and is very easy to connect and has enough cords to place it almost anywhere on your bed. CONS: Several things make this impossible. It's small, I have a queen bed, and it's dwarfed by the standard pillows on my bed. I have the large version and it is about the size of a full sized pillow. The pillow's unique shape looks a bit odd in a pillowcase. The heating element is on one side of the pillow. It took me several nights to realize that I wasn't getting heat because I was holding it upside down. In general, the pillow is comfortable and durable. This is actually a great travel pillow and we use it on road trips. But the heat is not enough and has a very short operating time.
