I want to receive the product I ordered, not just a bag of similar dog food.

My dog has been on the Purina Pro Plan (Focus) for about 14 months. He is 7 years old. We abandoned him when he was only 2 years old. (Great dog. We love him.) About 26 months ago he became very ill. He vomited blood from his bowels. It took 8 months and $1,300 in vet bills to get him to where he is now on dog food alone. For six months he ate chicken, white rice, sweet potatoes, and after about 4 months we added 93% cooked ground beef. At 6 months we began adding 1/4 cup Purina Plan Focus moistened dry dog food. Every 2 weeks we added another 1/4 cup moistened dog food. As soon as he returned to the dog food, everyone started talking about how great he looked. He looks like he can. Works well. I want to keep it that way. That's why I'm so picky about what I give him. When he got sick, the vet told him to go on a low-fat diet. He has a very sensitive digestive system. My son researched and developed this particular brand and formula. I am currently on a subscription and retention plan. However, I am beyond annoyed when they send me the wrong bag. This has happened twice in the last 3 deliveries. I'm disappointed. Now they were good. They didn't charge for the wrong bag and sent me the correct bag. Now I just got the wrong bag again. I know Purina released a new look. They didn't send me a new bag. Now there is not much difference in the ingredients. However, I want to receive what I order. That's my complaint. The easiest way is to cancel my subscription and keep it. Which I will probably do. Message for people who fulfill orders.
