I have now ordered 3 pairs for my neuropathy. If you suffer from it, buy these gloves and get relief. I mean it won't get rid of your neuropathy, but it will actually help you deal with it. The small black rubber dots on the glove's palm help us hold things in our hands. Man I drop everything these days. Excellent quality. I keep a few pairs on hand to keep clean ones handy. You can't tell how dirty they are until you hand wash them. We touch everything to get dirty. I recommend hand washing and drying only. The high temperature of the dryer can cause the rubber grip points to fall off. I use some Woolite and wash them in the sink while I'm wearing them. A dry and clean pair is ready to use. I go about 2 days then mine. Dirty! I hope I recover from this crap but until then I will keep using these gloves. I get compliments from random people then I tell them they are for my neuropathy and they say "oh sorry" lol
