I've used different baby monitors with my baby. This set comes with a monitor with a sharp and clear screen that allows you to easily see your baby. Setup is easy and all I had to do was plug it in. I didn't have to try to connect it like I do with other cameras. There is one camera while others may be difficult to reach or inaccessible. This shows that it allows four cameras, but I haven't been able to find any additional cameras yet. The camera is described as if it could be rotated using the knobs on the monitor. The monitor even has buttons that would steer it towards. However, there is no mechanical part inside the camera that allows it to rotate. This is a plastic handle that allows you to change direction manually. The lens does not appear to rotate. This isn't as useful if you want to see the whole room or large areas. I found this monitor helpful. It would be nice if the camera turned on automatically when moving, like other cameras do. I also found that some of the modes were locked, like scan mode, and I couldn't turn it off. It's a useful tool but lacks some of the features that other cameras have.
