followed folding instructions

did exactly what the seller suggested removing wrinkles from this backdrop and the material crumpled as soon as my iron touched it and the iron was NOT on the hottest (cotton) setting. I had a photo session the next day and now I will have many hours of wrinkle editing on my photos. Why give instructions that spoil the product?
