I was a little wary of buying these instead of the otter but since I was running after an iPad for my daughter and mother I decided to buy these cases and if they need an otter, they can buy one themselves (I know it sounds selfish, but poor girl's problem). So far no one has complained or said anything about the need for another case (and if you knew my daughter and my mother, if that wasn't enough, they would definitely let you know). The handle on the back is great! (knocks the mess out of the pop socket). Would definitely buy them again
