Looks great but RFID blocking doesn't work

Excellent quality. I can transfer all my stuff from my old wallet to my new one. However, the RFID blocking feature does not work at all. I put my Octopus card in my wallet and turn on the NFC feature on my phone. My phone can still read my Octopus card in my wallet. Luckily I have cardholders with RFID blocking. I place 4 card holders in my wallet to fully cover the front and back to protect my credit cards and wallet ID. 4 card holders work as RFID wallet blocking function. If I find that the RFID blocking feature isn't working I won't be buying this wallet even though it looks great.
