Does what they say and the support is top notch.

What made me order the machine was that a week before ordering I was in my early 40's and had weird chest cramps that lasted for several days when my grandfather died of heart problems He was quite old in mine Dude, so my wife said to go in and have my heart checked. She's about to finish her FNP so I figured I'd better listen to her so I went and spent the day in the ER checking the EKG, blood work and all. I came out clean with no heart issues. The doctor finally told me that I only had a muscle strain. I joked with my wife and told her that having an EKG machine would be cheaper than going to the ER without expecting to find some sort of home/portable machine. for a reasonable price i searched on amazon and unexpectedly came across this device. So I ordered it on a whim, not really expecting it to work. I received the device on a Saturday and was having trouble reading the pulse oximeter and ended up loading the device with an older firmware version than the one that came. I thought why the heck should I try to call customer service not believing that they would be on a Saturday afternoon. When I called I got a voicemail and just realized they weren't open so I didn't leave a message and planned to call them on Monday, to my surprise about 5 minutes later my phone rings and I get a call from Neil at Bodimetrics . back even though I didn't leave a message. I explained my problem to him and he said he would be happy to help me with it. He showed me how to correctly position my finger in the O2/pulse area and since then everything has worked perfectly. He also spent a good 20 minutes or more talking to me on the phone, walking me through the various tests, setting everything up, and explaining what it all means and how it can be useful in the real world. He also emailed me the current firmware so I could download the latest version back onto the device which allowed me to re-pair it with my phone and their app to run the tests the device is running on my phone transfer. You can have a guest and 3 users on one device and to do a full body check you need to calibrate the device for each user to do a body check. The little guide walks you through the whole process pretty well, in short you need to measure your blood pressure and figure out what your max number is before you start calibrating. Once you know that the device runs two tests during calibration and you have to enter your maximum blood pressure after each test after the test is complete, it's a bit difficult on the first try, but it's not that bad. I think one of the best features of the device is that it performs a "body check" using all of the device's sensors "except for the thermometer" and gives you an overall RPP score that reflects your overall fitness level and indicating heartbeat. health. The test shows heart rate, SpO2% and systolic blood pressure. It also saves all your tests on your device so you can go back and review them. If you download the app on your phone you can connect the device to your phone via bluetooth and once paired you can download your tests from the device to your phone where they will be saved for a more detailed view and you can track yours Statistics by day/weeks/months/years. When you open tests on your phone, you can view the EKG waveform in detail and even tap the button at the top right of the screen to share the test via your phone's share feature so you can email it. to your doctor, etc. I'm not saying this device will replace a doctor or emergency room if you think something is wrong, but if you were using this device on a daily basis and all of a sudden your numbers were off balance, that would be good. an indication that you need to be tested. In my case, if I had this before my chest cramps started and did daily body checks, I could look at my medical history and see that nothing had changed, and I probably wouldn't have spent a day in the ward's ER getting tests. . On the other hand, if I had a body check that didn't line up with my usual daily check, I'd probably leave sooner than what I did. I ride a bike, and as Neil explained to me, if you do a body check daily and you get up one morning and you take a test and it's not normal, you probably don't want to exercise that day and check it out. As a note, once I figured out the device I showed it to my wife and she rolled her eyes when I showed her the first time but I set her account up for it and then helped her pass all the tests and she, How I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of the device and the information that allows you to collect and track it yourself. The bottom line is, if you're active and use this thing on a daily basis, it can be cheap insurance to keep you from dropping dead. of something you could have prevented.
