For Pixel and Chromebook users:1. In-ear sound quality: Spotify is great on a Pixel and absolute rubbish on a Chromebook. That sounds good). Calls were crystal clear on both devices and I'm using Hangouts video conferencing. There is no active noise cancellation, so this is normal for background tinnitus.2. Mic Quality: Significantly better on a Chromebook with a dongle (which turns green when plugged in since there's no Chrome OS app). I took some video/recordings of myself in Hangouts and on a Pixel camera to test the mic, but there's always background noise, so this mic is definitely not call center headset caliber. I tested my Pixel with the included wired headphones for comparison and my voice was much clearer with the Jabra, but background noise was exactly the same on both. Do colleagues hear the same quality as me in their free Pixel headphones (at the lowest possible Jabra voice volume)? Reset to default. Which is a shame because even a small upgrade to the microphone would be worth keeping for other great features. Maybe Jabra next time.
