This is my third time nursing a newborn. I have been using the My Breast friend pillow with extra pillows shoved underneath, and the same with the Boppy. Both have been so uncomfortable and difficult to correctly position each time. So I purchased this pillow with the hopes that the adjustable height would help. The width is awesome! I can comfortably sit cross legged on my couch with this pillow and nurse. The firm flat top is great for a newborn, and the cushioning on the bottom side is comfortable on my lap. The adjustable back support strap fits comfortably, even with my plus size frame. The only downside is that it has a very strong plastic smell right out of the package. I’m hoping that goes away in the next few days. Even though this is my past baby, it was definitely worth the price to make our nursing experience more comfortable.
