I bought this diaper bag in anticipation of my husband's kidney transplant. I needed something to fit all of my medical gear in a lightweight, yet durable, easy-to-access bag. This bag is exactly what I imagined. It is spacious enough for all common bedside accessories as well as laptops, pens or iPads, tablets or small laptops. There's also plenty of room for personal items if you'd rather just carry that than a handbag. It's a handy size for a "big bag" so it fits snugly if you decide to only carry one bag. I have not used this item. But since we all tend to stuff big bags full, consider the extra stress on the seams and especially the handles. It's very well made, but it's soft nylon fabric, not reinforced leather. This is something to consider if you, like many rush home people, tend to constantly overload your bags and wonder why the handles are wearing out and the seams are unraveling. For the price and size this is the perfect work bag if used properly.
