I have had an 8x magnifying mirror for many years which I have just replaced. This is just right for most close-up shots like applying makeup. But I needed something more powerful to pluck my eyebrows or check for something in my eye...etc. This mirror is perfect for that. I would like your company to make a mirror on a stand with 8x magnification on one side and 10x magnification on the other. I wouldn't need two standing mirrors in my bathroom. I already have huge non-magnifying mirrors hanging on the wall. We have small hand mirrors to look at the back of the head. They would be too heavy for that. Therefore, we NEVER use the non-magnifying side of these mirrors. When we travel there are always ordinary mirrors without magnification. I wonder if there are others who would buy this product.
