Waterproof. uh, more water repellent. Incomplete disruption of the signal.

Overall I like this Faraday bag. The build is very solid and I carry around 3 laptops and a few tablets. The top of the bag is made like a regular stuff sack, but not as tight. Advantages: 1) Very well made. 2) Waterproof, not moisture-proof. 3)Large inner pocket blocks cellular signals, smaller ones for phones don't. Someone called me when the bag was closed. 4) Large capacity. Disadvantages: 1) Expensive. 2) Not waterproof.
