Amazing Watercolor Pencil for Arts and Crafts!
Based on my experience, this water soluble pencil is perfect for adding a pop of blue to any scrapbooking or stamping project! It glides easily on paper and blends beautifully with water to create a watercolor effect... However, it can smudge if not allowed to dry completely before handling. Overall, I would highly recommend this pencil to any arts and crafts enthusiast!
