I like that it has a flip top instead of a screw top which makes it easier to use. The cover can also be unscrewed if desired. The included scoop is also a nice touch so you don't have to dig through the product with your fingers. You only need a little. Unfortunately, the packaging only lists Korean and there is no English translation, so I don't know the actual instructions or ingredients, which is a bit confusing. However, it works fine. I watched a youtube video on how to use a cleansing balm as it is my first balm. I scooped a small amount into my hand and it quickly transformed from a solid balm (think solid coconut oil consistency) to a smooth oil. I rubbed it on my dry face for about a minute, then wet my hands to add some water and it emulsified well. My skin was clean yet comfortable after rinsing off without an oily or residuey feel. I don't think he added flavor at all. It didn't smell bad, it was very faint, but it didn't smell good either. Honestly, I would have liked some flavor. In general I am satisfied. I just hope I don't break out as I don't know the ingredients
