We live near the beach and had an unusually warm day today, just the kind of day I've been waiting for to try this shirt on. I got the shirt a few weeks ago but it's been too cold here to wear it since then. When you take it out of the box it feels soft and the material is high quality so I was dying to wear it. The shirt did not disappoint. It's soft and comfortable, lightweight, breathable and cool. And it looks great! My wife loves it and thinks it looks great. This is the perfect shirt to wear around our neighborhood and to the beach. If you lay it out horizontally or vertically and smooth out all the wrinkles immediately after washing, you may be able to wear it without rinsing. I did and we thought everything looked fine. The key here, based on my experience with this shirt and other linen shirts and pants, is to take it out of the washing machine once the wash is done. Shake it up and pull out any visible wrinkles. Then either spread it out or hang it up. The result is a linen garment you'll love wearing without ironing. I usually wear size XL; I ordered this and it fits as expected.
