I noticed that the zipper puller was slightly bent at one of the corners and the surrounding material was snagging or tearing. It hung for a moment, but I forced it to close. I bought it about a week ago and already the bottom two corners have small holes in the outer material. Another annoyance I had was with the side pocket. I had a silicone keyboard case in it and when I pulled it out the next day there was hair on the case and in the pocket that looked like little white animals (dogs I think). I hadn't taken my suitcase out of the house then, and yes, I have a dog. But this is a black Schnoodle, and her breed does not shed. Either that or little hairs from the gray fabric in the pocket. Since then I keep finding random hairs. This makes the bag look used. In all honesty, she looks decent when it comes to defense. The inner cushioning material is intact and my Asus Zenbook fits perfectly. I just want the case to feel less cheap overall. I was not happy with this purchase.
