I was so surprised when they arrived they were packaged super well. They were foamed in the box, and there was a foam protector between each one. Very good. The bowls themselves are absolutely beautiful, love the reactive glaze and gradient colors, they look exactly like the product photos. They don't have to be perfectly round, they are slightly square to look random. The slight angle this creates actually creates a beautiful nose. They have been used for cereal and soup, the perfect size for cereal, they can even hold a whole can of soup, although in this case it's quite full. They've successfully made it through the microwave and dishwasher a few times, and the kids even put them in the closet where I keep them stacked and they came through like champs. And to top it off, it's a flashy deal for a set of four. Very happy with these, would highly recommend them.
