Sufficient for the price

Good side: My camera is held securely and the safety belt gives me security on more demanding hikes. The materials feel durable and not ugly or clunky like some products like this one. He's doing his job. The not-so-good side: It's doubtful you'll ever feel like this harness is truly comfortable. We'll hold out for sure. And it's not scary once you set it up. However, the mesh on the back doesn't provide traction, so the weight of your camera keeps pulling it forward and down. It's just physics and the design is too thin to counter that force. I've worn mine about a dozen times now, enough to start planning on adding a little neoprene or rubber padding to increase durability over the long term. However, I've worn this for up to 4 hours and 9 miles, so clearly this isn't a deal breaker. It does what I needed it for, which is to put my DSLR in a safe place - clip and lock it to my chest. For the price this is a good product.
