Good product. Fits well, feels good and feels much firmer than the touchpads on the first generation PS4 controller. They are put together differently and do not flake off. They are very similar to the joysticks found on newer models. Installation isn't easy, but it's not difficult either. This requires a very small Phillips screwdriver (not included) but otherwise no special tools or skills. You'll need to disassemble the controller a bit to get to the sticks, so check out the YouTube video first. As long as you don't lose any screws or small parts, you probably won't break anything. It is possible for the trigger pins to become loose and the trigger to stop responding. So be sure to check before screwing it back in. If you have a newer PS4 controller, this doesn't offer a meaningful upgrade. They are intended exclusively for repairs. But they do their job and it was a lot cheaper than buying a new controller.
