I own many headphones and earphones, from wireless to wired, and from many brands. I have more Sol Republic stuff because of the sound quality. Sound quality can be subjective as the music source ranges from greenhouse programs to full equalizer MP3 music players. I mainly use and compare with my music player where I can change frequencies and bass/treble and amperage. With that in mind, I find that the Sol Republic always sounds clear with highs and great bass response right out of the box. Many might argue for and against headphone burn-in, but they sound great right out of the box. The single button contains the microphone and controls playing, pausing and skipping the song. 3.5mm angle is excellent, convenient to hold and carry in pocket. The material is cheap plastic, but for the price you can overlook that. The cable feels fragile, especially in the area where it connects to the drivers. Reliability and longevity are unknown at the moment as I've only had it for a few weeks. All in all another great product from Sol Replublic, excellent value for money so far.
