Love/hate this place. While they consistently deliver flavor, the service and presentation leave a lot to be desired. What keeps me coming back is FHOOD, I NEED FHOOOD. The flavor profile is excellent, with a wonderfully smooth texture that my tiny feline teeth crave. I think the moisture level is spot on, and I especially like when they present it on a bed of dry, grain-free salmon pellets. Now for the presentation. Will any color kill her? I mean everything in my dish is brown-brown-brown. Some green would be very nice. The portion size is for weaker cats that aren't as hungry for FHOOD as I am. Please double the portion sizes!<br/><br/>The service is manageable. To be served you have to rub the man's leg as soon as he opens the door to the kitchen. Rub vigorously and make sure you are at his feet the whole time. Make it difficult for them to go anywhere, even if it means your FHOOD will take longer to finish. You may get nudged with your bare foot or accidentally stepped on a cat's paw, but deal with it and you will be rewarded. Just the other day my waiter must have thought they were making breakfast for someone else because my plate arrived at the Wellness Core with milk instead of water. It was divine! But, alas, the gastronomic experiment did not repeat itself, and none of my prayers were fulfilled with this addition to the menu. My dinner gets a four star rating. If the service and presentation could be improved I would say this establishment deserves a Michelin rating!
