This is a real high waist that fits above the navel. You hit me in the ribs. Might be good maternity leggings if you are the right size. Full length (probably 28" inseam - I didn't measure the inseam but I'm short and they bunch up a little at my ankle like other 28" full length leggings). They have a front seam (hence the risk of a camel toe) and no seam at the top of the waist. The material is silky soft. Pleasant to the touch functional fabric. I also have medium compression. Since they have a very high waist and the material isn't fluffy or matte, I reckon they're more durable and less likely to curl up. I took off a star because I thought they were buttery soft and matte as advertised. You are not. Silky smooth is a better description. I also have the exact same pair from Aliexpress (same color, size and fabric) that I bought for less than $20. I thought maybe they have a different fabric but they are exactly the same, even the tags. For sizing, take your normal size if you like the compression fit. Otherwise increase the size. Asian size is smaller than US size.
