The tinted lenses look great on my blue SV650, much better than the clear ones. I used a washer between the headlight and fairing to amplify the signals and make them more visible up front. Installation would have been easy with the included connectors and heat shrink but the previous owner did a poor job installing the clear bulbs by cutting the wires to the OEM connector very short. I ended up soldering the signal wires to the bearing connector and used heat shrink tubing. Previously I had installed the same LED turn signals without tinted glass. I liked them because they were thin and pretty, but a friend knocked my bike over in the driveway and broke (among other things) one of the lenses. I couldn't find a clear lens version and wanted to fix the broken lens. I couldn't easily remove the tinted lens and had to replace the entire signal assembly. Be sure to replace the turn signal relay when using standard non-LED turn signals, as LED turn signals flash rapidly at an annoying rate.
