The control panel is easy to use with drag-drop features for most things! Great customer service - super fast replies/fixes as well! Pricing can be fairly high compared to other providers (especially if you get a lower level plan).

I've only used their servers since 2016 when we were setting up new sites that required more resources than standard plans provide. They have always been very helpful though and made sure everything was working properly before we launched them live. Hosting an online course using WordPress which has about 50 students enrolled now, along with forums for class discussion.
