does not state anywhere that the supplier sends random devices, therefore an American can enter without any actual sim cards at all, like the two physical sim cards I have for China. I typically think that changing and waiting until the money is returned by the vendor and delivery service is the height of cynicism. At least the store offered Ed some sort of regret, but it seems in vain. Just bear in mind the Sims' current circumstances.
