I am so impressed with this humidifier. It works great and is so beautiful it could pass for a lamp type or something. I use mine every night during the cold months. The heat in the room dries out my sinuses terribly. I also bought an essential oil to use in a diffuser which is nice. You can use the dial to select your desired humidity level. For a large bedroom, you probably need full volume. I use it at about 3/4 volume which is about 75-80% of the water in the tank. There's also a nice night light feature if you're into that sort of thing. This device has a nice blue light, but I think you can choose from three different light colors. Cleaning is not easy, but not difficult either. . I pour out the water every morning and let it dry all day. About once a week I give him a good scrub which requires a bottle brush to get into the tank. I've struggled for years with ugly, bulky humidifiers and vaporizers that get my floor or furniture wet. This one doesn't have that problem at all. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.
