This is the second Gigi kettle I have, I left one 'at home' so had to buy a new one. The old one is about 10 years old and still works great. Happy with the new one, it's exactly the same, so why fix it if it ain't broke, right. It was wonderful! First, I read reviews and watch YouTube videos. I've been waxing at home (as a layman) for 10 years now and hard wax is just what I need. If you're new to this, watch the video first. 3 main advantages: 1. Not messy like the wax you use the strips with. 2. Less painful! 3. Don't worry if you apply it to the hair you don't want to remove, the pre and post oil will remove it.
