The landing is a good size.
The fit is a good size but the end of the envelope doesn't wrap up very well so the pillow sticks out from time to time but it has to be. I have ordered covers with a center panel in the past, they were very soft, but the pillow would not turn over because of the center seam on the back. That's why I ordered these. Out of the box they are very soft and smooth, but after washing they get hard and not soft at all (I use Dreft and fabric softener). Hope more washes help. Until then I still don't have the perfect case.
