If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, try the calf roller (details)

I will review these rollers after using them for about a week. Until then check this out. If you have plantar fasciitis, try this to ease the pain. Purchase a 6 inch foam roller handle and foam roller. Buy a two-foot extension handle. Screw the extension handle into the paint roller handle. Stand in a corner or on your bed. Put your knee on the bed and swing your foot over the edge of the bed so your toes are pointing toward the floor. Relax the calf muscle of the foot and the Achilles tendon. Use a paint roller on the calf and back leg up to the heel. Push back and forth vigorously if it doesn't hurt. This loosens and lengthens your "insides of your legs". I do this for a few minutes and get instant relief when I leave. I'm no doctor, but I suspect that lengthening and relaxing the bottom of the hind leg reduces tension on the fascia band, which may give the heel a better chance to heal.
