Broke 10 months after purchase.

Broke 10 months after purchase. And to be honest, the only thing I've ever put on it is lightning. I'm a wedding photographer so I use them a lot. He's been to maybe 15 weddings and only kept one flash. The blessed little piece of black plastic around the neck just popped out as it broke. I've had a Manfrotto for years and it's still perfect. Needless to say, I'm a bit disappointed that he only lived 10 months despite his light workload. I can still use it, but it's not as stable and strong as I would like. I would never put anything on it other than a flash of light. My Manfrotto is what I use for my big softboxes or something heavier and I have to be reliable without a doubt. I spent less money on it knowing it's all about holding signal lights and going to weddings for that purpose. However, I'm still a bit disappointed that after 10 months it can't work 100% anymore. Manfrotto is 4 years old, has been to hundreds of weddings and is still doing great work. I understand you get what you pay for and that suits me. But this is just a warning to others to be careful what you put on one of these if you move them around and use them a lot. This is very hard work. It is actually very heavy compared to my others and very stable. I'm just very disappointed with a broken plastic part after 10 months. .
