My old clip watch finally died earlier this year and this is the best replacement I could find. I cannot wear the watch to work for security reasons, but this watch can be worn on a belt loop. It also stashes my keys, which annoys me in my pocket, but the loop is a bit smaller, which I do notice at times. It's a solid watch, though, and the best digital watch clip I've found on Revain. The compass doesn't work at all. It sometimes appears to rotate by itself and point in a certain direction, but that direction is almost never north. First of all I don't know why there is a compass, if anyone else uses compasses I'm sure they have a better one that isn't limited to watches. The dual time zone is a great feature. Both time zones are visible simultaneously on one of the screens. I travel for work and it's always a good idea to set the second time zone to home so I know what time it is for my wife. The only problem with the time zone is that you have to set them individually and it's difficult to keep them in sync. It would be much better with the home time zone you set and the second time zone would just be + so many hours or - so many hours and minutes and seconds staying the same. Finally, the biggest downside are the buttons. The last watch I had had the buttons arranged around the face, they were low and fitted the design well. The buttons on THIS watch feel delayed. They stand out clearly and are on the sides. Since I wear these on a belt loop, they often get slipped in by mistake. Sometimes sequentially, causing the settings to change without my knowledge until the alarm goes off at midnight. Likewise, the controls are difficult to remember. It came with instructions but of course when I travel I don't take them with me so it may take a few minutes to get it back the way I want it. PROS: +++ Dual time zones + Rugged + 100ft water resistant (but I've never tested it in anything other than rain) CONS: - Buttons on the side are often accidentally pressed - Confusing controls - Compass doesn't work
