The ease of use, it's very user friendly in regards to its navigation structure as well as file management options. It also has some really cool features like version control which makes my job easier when working at home remotely! I wish there was more customization available for certain aspects that could be used across projects but not specific only to an individual project or department. Also wish they had better reporting capabilities so we can easily view statistics about our content usage/file sharing within each team member account. Using SharePoint 2016 allows us to collaborate effectively from different locations by using cloud computing services via Office 365 subscription plan. This enables employees to work safely without having to bring their own PC or laptop just yet.
