Bought a similar pair from Orvis. They were twice the price abs the mitten cover on one grove began to separate after just a few wearing. These gloves are very soft but a little bulkier with the lining. They have a complete thumb, whereas the air is pair had a slit which is difficult to keep in place. They spear well made, but notice the Velcro that holds the mitten cover catches on the other glove, my jacket, and a knit cap. Also have had a couple of pulls already.
