First you need to attach the installation guide because it doesn't click, it slides. If you try to break it at the edges, it will fall off immediately. Second, when I installed it I must have hit something greasy and got on the cover and now the matte finish is completely flaking off. It's very weird, so make sure you don't get anything on the lid - you know, the thing that's supposed to protect your computer from harmful things. The keyboard cover is oddly my favorite part of this set. I didn't think I would like it but it fits perfectly and I love the feel of the buttons. They're not as slippery, so I find it easier to type fast. It also makes it easier to keep your keyboard clean. The bottom cover was also supposed to slide, but I had to remove it because the USB-C hubs I had plugged into either side of my laptop didn't stay fully connected. because the lid blocked them. I could try to cut it off, but so far have not been able to. So the design of the cover is good, but it definitely needs to be improved. If I've traveled a lot or moved my laptop around, I would definitely get a better case to protect it.
