I like that we can do things in real time and get immediate feedback from our customers about their experience with us. It's also easy to set up campaigns for different types of users - it works well across all channels and platforms (mobile apps, web, email). The tool is not as intuitive as other tools out there so it takes some training before you understand how everything works. This has been helpful for me because I am an agency owner who does most of my work remotely. With this software, I'm able to manage multiple clients at once without having to hire additional staff members.
