Do not know what to say.
Sold as a brand new product by Lenovo USA. It's marked as made by Lenovo Slovakia (which doesn't really bother me, but I keep reading), there's evidence it may have been opened before, and the USB 2.0 mouse/keyboard port is defective. I bought it for the additional HDMI port, although it would also serve as a full replacement for a 4-port USB3 hub. I'm keeping it as it works great for my second monitor. Here's a star for overnight product failure and hopefully you can refund me at least part of my purchase.
