Broke on second use
I have used this product once with the muslin back that pops open for head shots. It was very easy to use and let the drop click into place. The second time I used it as a background during a video call, the piece holding the bar at the correct height broke and wouldn't hold up. So now there is no point in keeping the background. Too bad because it cost almost as much as the backdrop! The quality of the materials seemed to hold up. I was very disappointed.
