If you're buying them for decoration, ten of these will do just fine. If you really want to cut things, you will be unhappy. They come off very easily. I bought these to make a small clothesline in a quiet book and for my daughter to hang pictures on a flimsy line in her room. If you take them there and don't mess with them, fine. But if you want to switch pictures and need to open or move clothespins, good luck. I was thinking of using them to play with at a baby shower but I don't think they will last until noon.
