The beds they replaced were made from others other dogs I've had since 1999 and I've made blankets for them to reuse over the years. I bought them because they were on sale, reasonably priced, and I thought my boys would love them. If the new cases I'm making don't entice them to use them, I'll give them to an animal shelter.
