I bought an older model and was very impressed with the radio. This radio is even better with wireless Bluetooth Car Play connection in less than 5 seconds every time. The person with the problem needs to check their phone's settings that are common to the iPhone. I haven't tried Android Auto due to a major update from Google. I have done dyno tests and everything has far exceeded all expectations. All relevant cables are properly labeled for extremely easy installation. USB video shows sharp and bright, better than my Sammy tablet. I really like the subwoofer output as my truck has a custom made subwoofer system! The seller answers questions immediately. As with previous orders, the seller has taken the time to properly package the radio to prevent damage in transit. I can fully recommend this product.
