Overall this product is great for the price. The main disadvantage of this item is that it is easy to scratch and oil from your hands will leave marks all over the case that cannot be easily wiped off like a screen. I haven't dropped my iPad (nor do I plan to!) so I can't comment on how well it protects it from drop damage, but I love that the flap that covers the screen flips up and your iPad wakes up. It is also very useful to have a holder for each type of pen. Another complaint I have is that when you hold the iPad vertically, the flap that normally closes the screen seems to slide back and is awkward to hold.
