This backpack serves its purpose. Got this gift for my sister as she needs a laptop backpack and she loves it. The size is smaller than most but has enough space for your laptop, books and more. If you like smaller ones, choose this one. The material feels durable and the color is nice and looks like it will last a while. She's only had it a month and she uses it every day so it's still in great condition. The only downside my sister didn't like was the straps had magnetic rivets, not actual straps like thongs, but that's just because we're picky. The backpack is great and does what it is supposed to do. I am happy with this purchase.
