Review on πŸ”₯ Empava 12 in. Gas Stove Cooktop: Italy Sabaf Sealed Burners, NG/LPG Convertible, Stainless Steel, 12x21 Inch – Top-Quality Performance and Convenience by Albert Tucker

This is a nice, simple, capacity cooktop.

This is a nice, basic cooktop that can run on natural gas or propane, although there are a few technical issues that most people have with installing it. The biggest problem is the connection to the gas source. But more on that later. First you need to know that the top comes with the natural gas fittings installed, but if you want to upgrade to propane you will need to replace all the fittings that came with it. Unscrewing the NG fittings and screwing in the supplied LPG fittings is very simple. This is the easy part. However, connecting to a US gas source is difficult as there is no standard fitting for it. I had to assemble some fittings to hook it up to a propane tank. Here are some photos of my setup. Here are the parts needed: Hose cutter 1/2" x 1/2" (this was needed as only these types of hose cutters seem to have a shallow installation depth and a working gas compression fitting. All other tube fittings simply have one that is too long female end to tighten it properly); Next was a 1/2 inch piece of gas hose (rated at 250psi, although propane only works about 1/2 inch per square inch) with hose clamps; Next comes a 1/2" hose fitting with a 3/8" female connector on the other side. Next came a 3/8" x 3/8" flare adapter for changing from a 3/8" female thread to a male thread. 3/8"; Finally, at the end is a 3/8" nipple that replaces the 3/8" pipe fitting with a 3/8" thread that mates with the propane regulator.
