It seemed like a great idea. I needed a portable SD card reader to try out the gamecam at my mom's house. The first time I tried it with an SD card it worked, but the second time it was where I needed it, it wouldn't read. I couldn't fix the problem. Also, the connector isn't long enough to use with a phone case and I have a very thin case which means I had to remove the case to use it. All in all I sent it back. This may work for some, but not for me.
