No problems with the seller, everything delivered as promised. Comes in a nice carry case to keep everything tidy when not in use. I have only used it 2 times and I see that my hair is not straightened the way I want it. My beard is currently less than 1 inch long and seems stiff (to me). A lot of hair falls the way they want it to. I set it on high and while it warms up, I spritz the included protectant spray onto my beard and apply it to my hair. After using the flat iron, the hair, especially unruly hair, still seems to go in the desired direction. I end up using a balm and brush to keep everything in place. I hope that with continued use and as my beard grows longer, the hair will finally follow suit. Update: I grew my beard back just over 1.5 inches and continued to use the beard straightener as I went. I have to say that for myself I haven't seen any improvement in his ability to straighten his beard. Regardless of the temperature setting, the beard looked the same before and after the application. My mustache, however, is a different story. For some reason it works great when I straighten my mustache. This is perfect for me as I really need it as the CPAP I wear at night creates an odd curl in my hair. It straightens them with no problem, I want it to work on the rest of my facial hair as well.
