Review on Astell Kern Ultima Portable Resolution by Darnell Murphy

Bought in 2018. Since then it works fine. Turned into a brick a few weeks ago. The screen briefly lights up as a glowing solid square when the power button is pressed and then disappears. I've tried all kinds of things. Then I finally contacted the company and can't find anything on their awful website to CONTACT them, only links to endless blogs that may contain help if I quit my job (having to pay an outrageous price for this building block) and I'm on it focus full time. Stay away. Your product becomes a BRICK and YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
