Pros: the lace is beautiful, and the gemstones were all sewed on well. There were no loose strings and the construction was just fine. Cons: they did not fit! I don't have particularly large hands, and there was no way I could get them to fit the correct way. The ribbon in the picture is not the kind that they came with, it was much thinner. If there had been some elasticity to the lace they would have worked, but there was no way to comfortably lace them up so they looked right and you couldn't move without having to adjust them. Pretty to look at, but too impractical to keep.
