The support team was great, always willing to lend a hand when needed. They will work hard for you if they know what's good for them. I would not recommend using this service for WordPress sites as it takes forever to load in comparison to other hosts that we've used previously (BlueHost). Hosting companies are constantly changing things up so be sure to do your research before signing any contracts or making large purchases. We were looking for an easy-to-use host for our small Word Press site. This one fit the bill!
