bleaching my hair texture. I knew I was allergic to sulfites, sulfates etc but it never occurred to me that the sodium lauryl/laureth sulfates in my shampoo could cause problems. The ultra-moisturizing formula smoothed my hair cuticle so I didn't have the split ends and rough strands I used to have and my scalp wasn't itchy. I noticed a difference within a week of using it and after about a month other people started complimenting me on my hair. I also use conditioner and leave-in conditioner. Since I haven't changed anything else, it should be the shampoo and conditioner. I love the feel and look of my hair.
